  • LED Feedback: Built-in yellow LED instantly indicates operational status, simplifying diagnostics.

  • High Switching Speed: With up to 500 Hz switching (approx. 8 ms response), ideal for fast-moving targets.

  • Robust Housing: Glass fiber-reinforced PBT protects against physical and environmental stress.

  • Industrial-Grade Protection: Built-in safety circuits and IP67 rating ensure reliability in harsh conditions.

  • Easy Installation: Compact form factor and an integrated 2 m cable make setup quick and hassle-free.

Applications

  • Position tracking: Ideal for detecting metal parts in manufacturing lines.

  • Automation systems: Precise placement and presence detection in robotics or conveyor automation.

  • Machine tooling: Serves as a non-contact limit switch or trigger sensor in CNC machines, etc.

  • Packaging equipment: Detects product alignment or component presence during packaging.

  • General industrial sensing: Effective for monitoring machine states or detecting metal objects in tight spaces.

How to Use

  1. Mounting

    • Secure the sensor through the two mounting holes.

    • Position the metal target facing the sensor’s active surface and within a 5 mm range.

  2. Wiring

    • Connect the brown wire to V+ (10–30 V DC).

    • Connect the blue wire to 0 V (ground).

    • Connect the black wire to your PLC or controller input (for NPN output switching).

  3. Operation

    • Power up the sensor; bring a metal object within range.

    • The LED lights when detecting a target, and the output signal toggles accordingly.

  4. Testing & Adjustment

    • Verify alignment and proper sensing behavior.

    • Check LED and confirm the output contacts the PLC/controller as expected.

  5. Safety & Maintenance

    • Avoid exceeding rated voltage/current specs.

    • Keep the sensing face clear of debris.

    • Periodically check mounting and cable integrity.
