Description:
Eddy Current Motor- Lenz Low-Based Model to Demonstrate Eddy Current Eect on Aluminium Drum to Rotate.Lenz’s Law Working Model is a great way for students to understand electromagnetic induction. This model visually demonstrates Lenz’s Law, which states that the direction of an induced current always opposes the change in magnetic flux that caused it. Working Principle: When the magnet is dropped through the copper tube, it falls much slower than expected due to electromagnetic induction. As the magnet moves through the tube, it induces eddy currents in the conductive material. According to Lenz’s Law, these currents create a magnetic field opposing the motion of the magnet, thus slowing its fall.
