How to Use the TL‑Q5MC1

1. Mounting:
Secure the sensor with screws or a panel mount, ensuring the metal target faces within 5 mm of the sensing surface.

2. Wiring:
Connect the three leads:

  • Brown → V+ (10–30 V DC)

  • Blue → Ground (0 V)

  • Black → Sensor output (connect to PLC, relay, etc.)

3. Operation:
When a ferrous object enters the sensing range, the sensor switches on the NPN output, and the red LED illuminates.

4. Testing:
