1. Overview

Thank you for shopping with digilog.com.pk. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer return, exchange, and refund options under the conditions described below.

2. Eligibility for Returns / Exchanges / Refunds

  • You may return or request an exchange within 30 days from the date you receive the item (unless otherwise stated per product).

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, intact, and in its original condition and packaging — with all tags, labels, accessories, manuals, and invoice/proof of purchase.

  • Items that are used, damaged by the customer, missing parts, or not in the original packaging are not eligible for return or refund (unless the issue is due to a defect or error on our part).

  • Products purchased from third‑party sellers or other stores are not eligible for return/exchange through us; returns apply only to items bought directly from digilog.com.pk.

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide photo evidence of the defect/damage/incorrect item along with your order number.

  • Upon verification, we will — at our discretion — offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including any shipping charges incurred.

4. Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact our customer support at [+92 346 4034414] to request a return or exchange. Provide your order number, item name, and reason for return.

  2. Once your request is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number (if applicable) and provide instructions for returning the item.

  3. Package the item securely (in original packaging if possible), include the invoice/proof of purchase and RMA (if provided).

  4. Ship the item back to us. Unless the return is due to our error (defect, damage, wrong item), the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange or refund.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during the purchase (bank transfer / payment gateway / cash on delivery — whichever applies).

  • The refund will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and approve the returned item (actual time may vary based on your bank/payment provider).

  • If you prefer store credit or exchange instead of refund, let us know — we will try to accommodate when possible.

6. Non‑Returnable / Non‑Refundable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund — including but not limited to:

  • Items that are used, damaged, or their original packaging / tags / labels removed.

  • Products purchased from sources other than digilog.com.pk.

  • Items marked “final sale” or “non‑returnable” at the time of purchase.

  • Digital items, services, consumables, or items for which hygienic/seal safety is compromised once opened (where applicable).

7. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it — but only if it has not yet been dispatched.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • For cancellations accepted, any payment made will be refunded in full (minus any transaction/shipping fees, if applicable).
